Announcements

The UCSB Blum Center invites proposals for short-term research funding from University of California graduate students working on projects that contribute to understanding rising levels of socio-economic inequality in relation to democratic practices, policies, institutions, and norms.  Successful applicants will receive up to $3,000 to support eligible research expenses. Submission deadline is May 24, 2019 at 5PM PST.

InSight Magazine, a student-run publication dedicated to recognizing and addressing poverty and inequality in the local community, is accepting student writer and artist submissions until March 31, 2019 for their upcoming print edition. Apply today!
